It was a great day when Tinka came back to Escient.
When I originally found Escient it was at 1am in the morning. I had decided I needed to move on from contract work and knew I wanted a work family. Escient’s ad for a consultant immediately jumped out at me due to its language and warmth. By 3.30am I had rewritten my CV and submitted it with my carefully sculpted cover letter.
What I particularly loved about my time with Escient was that I was allowed to be uniquely myself and no one ever stopped me on my pathway. I also loved the values of the organisation as they align well with mine. The fact that mutual respect and friendliness was at the centre of every interaction was paramount.

When I decided to leave Escient it was with all bridges intact and an understanding that I needed to try something else for personal reasons. This made my return super easy. When I began conversations with Escient again I already had 5 interviews and 2 offers on the table. But I knew I really wanted to return to the work family I loved.
