As an Escient Graduate, you’ll build personable connections, access individual learning opportunities and be involved in engagements to get exposure to real and meaningful work, laying the foundations for your career in consulting.
- 12-month full-time graduate program commencing in February

Graduate Learning Pathway
Alongside real-world, hands-on client experience, our Escient Graduates engage in a comprehensive learning program to build the core skills, knowledge and capability to develop as an Escient consultant. Your learning program will be guided by experienced consultants and mentors from across the organisation and from varied specialist capabilities.

Eligibility
Escient encourages life and academic diversity. We value an individual’s aptitude for learning and growth above a defined criterion. We don’t ask for Grade Point Average, but we do require applicants to have completed their studies and be able to commence full-time employment. Applications from Australian and international students are welcomed.
