Our Graduate Program is aimed at fostering the next wave of Escient Consultants. We’re excited to kick off another amazing year and invite you to be part of it. Applications are now open.
Escient is thrilled to announce that applications for our 2025 Graduate Program have opened. Now in its fourth year, the “Experience Everything” graduate program continues to go from strength to strength, offering new graduates a true development opportunity to build their knowledge across a broad variety of disciplines and shape their future careers in consulting.
Designed to cultivate skills and foster passions, the 12-month program provides full-time employment starting in February 2025. Graduates will be involved in meaningful client projects, receive formal training, and benefit from coaching by experienced consultants.
Nathan Ilić, a past program participant and current Escient Consultant, shared, “I’ve been exposed to great mentors at Escient, each providing me with an array of value, whether that be career insights, a simple run-down post-meeting or next steps support.”
Now mid-way through her graduate year, 2024 Graduate Consultant Mia Squire comments, “So far, the graduate program has been extremely supportive and quite fun! From various interactions with senior leaders, it’s become clear that our main objective this year is just to learn and slowly grow into our consulting careers.”
This year marks another step forward for the program, and we are excited to welcome new and diverse talent into our organisation.

About the Graduate Program
Starting in February 2025, our 12-month program is designed to launch you into the role of an Escient Consultant. You’ll dive into real-life, impactful projects alongside experienced Consultants and Escient clients, taking on invaluable hands-on experience across various consulting areas and skills. In this journey, we’ll support you in channeling your passion into your preferred areas.
You’ll also participate in a structured training curriculum focused on building the essential skills, knowledge, and capabilities that will set you up for success. Plus, you’ll join a supportive network of fellow graduates, learning and navigating the consulting world together.
