We are delighted to announce the promotion to Director of five of our most capable high performers.
Through a rigorous process, the successful candidates have demonstrated consistent leadership and client delivery at the highest level, whilst contributing to the fabric and culture at Escient through their lived values of Selflessness, Courage and Creativity.
One of their most important roles will now be to nurture and develop their teams, guiding them towards also becoming top performers and future leaders.
We are thrilled with the opportunity to recognise the extraordinary achievements of these five Principal Consultants through promotion to Director. I congratulate them all and welcome them to the national leadership team. I’m excited and look forward to working alongside them in their new capacity as senior leaders in our organisation.
