What led you to consider a career in consulting? 

I enjoy the constant new challenges that come with consulting; working with clients to solve difficult problems or guide them through complex issues. Every engagement is different, new technologies, new challenges, and new people.

Can you share a moment at Escient that made you feel proud to be part of the team? 

I am always proud to be part of a team that is aligned to my values and works with so many purpose-led, not-for-profit, and civic organisations. A particular moment was attaining our B Corp certification earlier this year as this is an acknowledgement that we strive to create positive social and environmental impact through the work we do.

How is Escient different from other places you’ve worked at? 

Everyone at Escient lives by our values of creativity, courage, selflessness, and empathy; it’s not just nice words for the website. Psychological safety is a given, feedback is encouraged, ideas explored, and everyone is respected for what their own individual experiences bring.

How would you sum up your experience of working at Escient in 3 words?
