What led you to consider a career in consulting? 

I’ve always been passionate about psychology, problem-solving and tech. I eventually found that consulting is the perfect career path where I can leverage my strengths in working with people and complex problems. Consulting allows me to work with diverse clients and advocate for the human-centric approach.

Can you share a moment at Escient that made you feel proud to be part of the team? 

One of many memorable experiences at Escient which made me feel proud to be a part of the team was on my first engagement where my project team came together with different skills and perspectives. Escient has cultivated such an open-minded culture which encourages everyone to respectfully speak their mind, this resulted in interesting and incredibly helpful insights that I would not easily have had the chance to witness anywhere else. Despite each of my project team members having their own skillsets and their own way of communicating, we worked so well as a team, navigated many challenging conversations and delivered our best work while receiving amazing feedback from our client throughout the project.

What’s the culture like in Escient’s Melbourne office? 

Everyone I have met from our Melbourne team is outstanding and interesting to talk to and learn from. Each of us have our own endearing quirks which most of the time serve as our strength in bringing unique perspectives to our community and client work. There’s also awesome cafes and food close by!
