On commencement of the contract for the fleet implementation, Sandvik engaged Escient to facilitate a change management workshop with key representatives from Sandvik and its mining client. Escient undertook a Change-led approach with a focus on:
- Identifying current barriers to change for team members
- Empowering team members to initiate a change impact assessment
- Providing tools and techniques in assessing, planning and delivering change
- Establishing a single team, way of working and means to deliver the whole scope of change
